All items are Final Sale. We do not offer returns or refunds.

If you encounter a problem with your order, please email us at bukaboobakery@gmail.com on the same day you receive it.

Once the carrier takes possession, they are legally and practically responsible for the package's safe delivery.

We are not responsible if the package is left out for hours. To ensure a package with temperature-sensitive items like chocolate and butter is not left outside. Make sure someone can be home to bring the package in.
