Shipping policy

All baked goods are made to order. Make sure to order in advance. We do require 5 to 10 business days to ship out.

Please provide your event date for when you need the item(s) to be delivered or for pickup. When you select a time that is for PICKUP ONLY. With shipping, we can not determine when the package will arrive that day.

If your event is in the morning, we recommend selecting an earlier date to ship out. For pickup the day before. 

 All items will ship out via Priority or Express mail. The cost of shipping can vary depending on where you live. Each item will be individually wrapped and secured with bubble wrap with dry ice packs. Fragile stickers on the box and a care card inside the package.

 

We are not responsible if the box arrives damaged once it leaves our location. You will need to open a claim with the shipping carrier. We recommend tracking your package to see when it arrives so you can bring it into the house right away.
